Snickerdoodle Blondie Bars are so easy to make and a favorite within my tribe! They are soft and chewy, with just the right amount of cinnamon sugar! I love blondies, but I always have a hard time making them and they never come out right. I came across this recipe a few years ago and have never had a bad batch since! They are the perfect fall snack! Don’t walk, RUN to your kitchen right now to make them!

Here is the recipe guys!

Prep Time- 10 min

Cook Time- 25 min

Total Time- 35 min

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Butter

  • 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar

  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • 2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Topping

  • 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.

  • In a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugars. This takes about 3-5 minutes on high! (Very important for fluffy blondies!) Mix in the vanilla and the eggs. Then add all the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Lightly grease your hands so the batter doesn’t stick to you and press the batter in an even layer in the baking pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar topping on to the top of the batter.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.

  • Let the blondies cool completely before slicing! Enjoy for up to a week, but if your like me they won’t last that long!
