Sugar Wafer Pencils for Back to School!

Sugar wafers are my daughter’s FAVORITE snack! They are so crispy and sweet, they are a tough snack to beat! I saw the strawberry ones at the store and I couldn’t resist grabbing a few packages. We used them to make a wildly simple, no-bake, back to school treat!

There are only a few ingredients needed for this treat…

The directions are quite simple, all you have to do is to cut the tip into a triangle point on one end of the wafer to make the pencil top. Then melt your chocolates in separate bowls according to the package instructions. Spread the white chocolate on the tip, and the pink chocolate at the bottom for the eraser. Don’t try to dip these into the chocolates, you will be left with a big mess! The wafers do NOT dip well! Let that cool and then put a dot of the Black Cookie Icing at the top. These are honestly so simple, and they look so perfect for back to school! They are sure to put a smile on your little one’s face!
